A self-serve frozen yogurt chain with over 50 rotating flavors and 80+ toppings.

Program conception, web portal design, and roll-out was all done in-house utilizing Synergy as a technology partner. The web portal was added to the existing website, and a welcome email was created and sent out to those who successfully registered.
*In the first month of roll-out, over 2,000 sign-ups were received.
Forever Yogurt App conception and mockup for iOS 9, developed by a third party vendor. App included features such as latest FY news, Forever Loyal sign-in, store location and store specific menu, and social sharing.
*In the first week of being live in the app store, the Forever App was downloaded more than 1200 times.
The Forever Flavor Challenge is a yearly competition held through Facebook. Fans can re-name a flavor for a chance to win a grand prize.
Campaign look and feel were designed, along with posts promoting the challenge and announcing the winners of each round.
Instagram and Facebook management and content creation that included several contests, specials, and partnerships/sponsorships. Accounts were managed shop-wide, covering all shops under one account.
Specials and partnerships/sponsorships included:
• Divvy
• Lollapalooza
• Cubs game day specials (store specific)
• Uber (local)
• Swarm (local)
Quick hit presentation designed and created for potential franchisees. Presentation covered several aspects of the FY Franchise process, including education on the product, investments and returns, the build-out process, on-going support, and franchisee testimonials.
Working closely with the site developer, concepts for proposed and franchised stores were created. Local landmarks and/or neighborhood staples were incorporated to the store design to make each store feel unique and a part of the community.
Shop-wide signage and paper goods designs, including:
• Promotional posters
• Custom wallpapers by location
• Custom store logos by location
• Employee uniforms and flair (pines received for completing training)
• Flavor and topping bar labels
• Bi-yearly yogurt cup and spoon designs
• Operations and franchise training manuals
Shop-wide, a new monthly FY Featured Flavor recipe would be rolled out. The design/marketing team was responsible for: design of the monthly campaign, re-sizing and formatting for print collateral, order placement and dispersement to 10+ stores, and social campaign roll-out.
Print collateral included:
• Standard sized posters for A-stands, brochure stands, and window clings
• Table tents
• Flavor labels to be affixed above the froyo machines
• Monthly gift cards for $5 in free froyo
